Improved customer service in Italy and Romania

Two initiatives, two new departments, one objective: to improve the service we offer to our customers so that we can meet their needs more effectively.

Groupama Assicurazioni has opened a new call centre that offers customers the services of an expert contact point throughout the management of a motor claim. Calls provide the opportunity to gather additional information so that we can better understand our customers and their needs, and improve the quality of the service we offer.

In Romania, Groupama Asigurari is providing support to its policyholders by launching the first claims service with self-assessment to reduce the time spent on investigations and compensation procedures for claims relating to property damage. At the prestigious Romanian Insurance Market Awards Gala, this home insurance service received the "General Insurance Product of the Year" award.
