Granvillage, a social network
that aims to boost local trade

Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne has rolled out granvillage.com, an interactive website for its members that aims to establish a community of consumers among them.

Social media networks are easily accessible and therefore encourage direct sales to consumers. For producers, Granvillage offers a virtual shop window, free of charge, where they can display their products and services without having to worry about managing a website. Producers have their own professional area and a unique number so that they can post offers on the web, Facebook and Twitter. For consumers, the Granvillage app allows them to locate these offers easily and take advantage of them. The project was awarded the Coup de Cœur du Jury 2013 by Les Palmes de la Relation Client of the AFRC (French customer relationships association).
