Improved mobile apps

The Group is investing more heavily in its mobile platform by creating new apps that make daily life easier for our customers and members. This dynamic is in line with
the Group's multi-channel strategy.

The Groupama brand supports its members throughout all stages of their life and has launched a new version of its "Toujours là pour moi" app. The app, which is available for the iPhone and Android, has been enhanced with new features: users can select the service they need, put in a claim over the phone and access useful telephone numbers. Plus, policyholders can now access their personal Healthcare and Banking (Santé et Banque) area from their smartphone. The Amaguiz brand has already started the ball rolling with the automation of its assistance process via the mobile website deployed by Mutuaide Assistance. On this website, policyholders can arrange roadside assistance or medical assistance by automatically sending a request to a professional service provider.
