2013 was a very eventful year. Review of the principal highlights that demonstrate
Groupama Group's ability to adapt and transform to its environment,
and its commitment to its members, customers, employees and society.

Groupama, a socially responsible employer

Groupama has implemented a human resources policy on the ground, founded on social responsibility and the commitment of its 34,000 employees.

To support its transformation, the Group recruited nearly 1,200 employees in 2013 and encourages the development of talents and mobility. The "Groupama Talents" app, Ambitions Groupama seminars and Mouvy internal recruitment site are all part of this initiative. The Group's commitment to being a socially responsible employer is reflected in its attractive social policy and action plans centred around three key areas: gender equality, the fight against discrimination and quality of life at work. In 2013, 61% of staff promoted to management grade were women. 45% of managers are women. Women account for 21% of the directors within the Group.
