A formal, documented approach centred around five strategic focus areas
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is based around five focus areas for the period 2013-2015:
Being a responsible insurer: offering products and services with high added value for both the company and the environment, as well as SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) offerings;
Taking action against rare diseases with the Groupama Health Foundation: increasing efforts in terms of research, helping employees become actively involved in the Health Foundation and developing local activities in aid of local associations and researchers in the region;
Continuing and encouraging our actions for development in the territories and civil society: practising a far-reaching policy of prevention in order to encourage responsible behaviour and promote economic and social development in the territories, by encouraging responsible local partnerships;
Being a socially responsible employer: promoting gender equality, combating discrimination and promoting quality of life at work;
Respecting the environment: reducing our carbon footprint and paper consumption.
